Pennie brings over 20 years of HR experience working in the fast-paced Bay Area startup space and is an expert in driving organizational growth and culture development. She specializes in advising on recruiting and Human Resources challenges tailored to meet the needs of rapidly-scaling startups and is skilled in the areas of compensation, performance management, talent acquisition and immigration. Pennie also believes in giving back and serves as a mentor to young people and HR professionals beginning their careers.

 

Pennie received her BA from Chadron State College and earned her Professional of HR (PHR) certification through the Society of Human Resources Management.
